1 Year Already

One year ago I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life. I made the decision to let Tin Man go and remove him from life support. This picture was taken 10 days after his heart transplant, and about 10 minutes after they removed his breathing tube. This is the last picture I have of him and the kids together.

On Easter we took flowers out to his grave.  We found a bouquet of blue flowers, and one of green flowers, so we combined them to make a Donate Life bouquet.  The kids also left him some M&Ms.
