Headstone

Its been 5 months since Tin Man received his transplant.  5 months since someone made the most amazing choice to donate their organs.

Its been 4 months since Tin Man left us.

This past Monday they finally put in his head stone.  So many emotions running through my mind.  I've spent a lot of time crying since then.  This is just one more physical reminder that this is all real and not just some horrible nightmare.

Another reminder that this amazing man lived for almost 37 years and fought for his life every day of his life.  

For that I will continue his fight to bring awareness to the need for organ donation and more CHD research.
